  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large tortilla wraps

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a flavorful marinade.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and coat them evenly with the garlic marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  4. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it cool slightly. Shred or dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Warm the tortilla wraps according to the package instructions.
  7. Divide the shredded chicken evenly among the tortilla wraps.
  8. Top each wrap with a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then tightly roll the wrap to enclose the contents.

Notes

For optimal flavor, marinate the chicken in the garlic-infused oil mixture for 30 minutes to 1 hour before baking. The wraps can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or frozen for longer-term storage. To reheat, simply warm them in the oven or microwave until the cheese is melted and the wrap is hot.
