  • 1 package of frozen potstickers or dumplings
  • 6 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of shredded cabbage or spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
